Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Procurement Manager. The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation, manage contracts, and negotiate terms. The role includes analyzing procurement data, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The candidate is expected to maintain strong supplier relationships, optimize costs, and support the organization's operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Procurement
  • Proficiency in Contract Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the staffing or relevant industry is a plus
