Role Overview We are looking for a Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can bring visual storytelling to life through engaging video content and eye-catching graphic designs. This role is ideal for a creative individual who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to contribute to a purpose-driven brand. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.), marketing campaigns, and product demonstrations. Design compelling graphics for digital platforms including social media posts, website banners, emailers, packaging, and print materials. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts and visual styles. Create brand-consistent content that communicates our eco-conscious values and product USPs. Manage and maintain an organized library of visual assets. Stay updated with current design and video trends relevant to gardening, sustainability, and lifestyle. Requirements 12 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (internship experience can be considered for strong portfolios). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) or equivalent tools. Strong visual storytelling, editing, and motion graphics skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. Passion for sustainability, green living, or gardening is a big plus. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
