Role Overview We are looking for a talented and product-focused Web Engineer (SDE-2) to join our growing web team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and intuitive web applications that reach millions of users daily. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive and interactive web applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Own end-to-end delivery – from technical design to deployment and monitoring. Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern web frameworks and tools. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them. Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in Java Script , Type Script , React.js , and modern web ecosystems. Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc. Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail. Nice to Have Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js). Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, and analytics integration. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Why Join Us?
