We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.What will you doThe ideal candidate will take ownership of our organization's security infrastructure and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks. This leadership role demands a broad understanding of security tools and governance protocols with the ability to drive enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and mentor a growing team.Job responsibilities:Security Infrastructure ManagementOversee and manage enterprise-wide endpoint security, DLP, firewalls, IAM/PAM systemsMonitor performance and usage of all deployed security toolsEnsure email security, encryption tools, and key management systems are effectively implemented.Compliance & Audit OversightConduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checksEnsure compliance with industry and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, and NPCI requirementsMaintain and enforce cloud security compliance across all platformsMonitoring, Reporting & EscalationDevelop and publish periodic security reports and dashboards for stakeholdersTrigger alerts and escalation mechanisms in case of security anomalies or policy breaches.Governance & Risk ManagementAlign security practices with organizational risk posture and GRC policiesProvide guidance for secure operations and configuration managementTeam Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor a team of security analystsCoordinate resource allocation and drive performance improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s security posture.What are we looking for:Hands-on experience managing endpoint security, DLP, firewall policies, IAM/PAM solutions.Expertise in email security, encryption standards, and key managementStrong understanding of cloud security principles and best practicesFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, NPCIExperience with security dashboards, incident response, and escalation handlingAbility to conduct internal audits and ensure effective policy implementationProven team management and leadership capabilities.Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your work.Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals.Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech/ M.Tech) or any equivalent degree/course.Experience: 8 – 12 yearsIndustry: IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /FintechLocation: NoidaWork arrangement – 5 days working from officeWhat do we offer :An organization where we strongly believe in one organization, one goal.A fun workplace which compels us to challenge ourselves and aim higher.A team that strongly believes in collaboration and celebrating success together.Benefits that resonate ‘We Care’.If this opportunity excites you, we invite you to apply and contribute to our success story.
