2Twelve Imagination Station  is seeking a Graphic Designer & Brand Strategist with a discerning eye for design and a keen understanding of how to visually convey a brand’s essence. This role requires someone who lives and breathes aesthetics, capable of translating ideas into compelling visuals while strategically implementing design principles across all touchpoints of the brand. Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement cohesive visual strategies that reflect and enhance our brands’ identity across all platforms.
  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for digital and print media that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and platforms, reinforcing the brand’s core values and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and provide design solutions that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives.
  • Work with AI tools to ideate and streamline design processes and ensure productivity is maximized without compromising creativity.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of design trends and integrate relevant innovations into your work, ensuring our brands remain contemporary and compelling.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative, strategic input on branding and design direction.
  • Translate business objectives and user insights into designs that are not only beautiful but also functional and strategic.
  • Maintain an organized and updated repository of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for internal and external use.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in a graphic design or brand strategy role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly demonstrating brand development and strategic visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and a familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials are aligned with brand standards.
  • A solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for exploring new design trends and integrating cutting-edge technology into creative processes.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-designers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance creative innovation with business objectives.
