Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Control located in Gaya. The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for over all seeing day-to-day quality control tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards, implementing quality assurance procedures, managing quality management systems, and utilizing laboratory skills to conduct quality tests and analysis.
Qualifications
· Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
· Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
· Experience in implementing quality management systems
· Knowledge of national and international quality standards
· Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality protocols
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
