Job Description
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for on-time delivery.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams; assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure clear communication channels; facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to track progress and address blockers.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, UI/UX guidelines adherence; conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs; collaborate with QA teams for testing strategies.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact; provide updates, address feedback, manage expectations; foster strong client relationships.
Resource Management: Manage budget, personnel, tools; optimize resource allocation; identify skill development opportunities.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies; monitor project dependencies, market trends; document lessons learned.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Proven experience of 8-10 years in a leadership role within the mobile development industry, with a track record of successfully managing projects/products.
Strong technical background in mobile application development, with hands-on experience in iOS, Android, and/or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage client relationships and address their needs and concerns effectively.
