Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to effectively manage various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing goals.

1. Content Creation & Management:

- Create, manage, and optimize content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.- Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging multimedia content.

1. SEO & SEM:

- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).

1. Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement.

1. Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.

1. Analytics & Reporting:

- Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance.- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and ROI, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

1. Campaign Management:

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

1. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

- Implement strategies to engage with customers online and generate high-quality leads.- Use CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities.

1. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT industry.- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
