Job Role: Graphic Design Executive

Overview:

As a Graphic Design Executive at an advertising agency, you will play a vital role in creating visually compelling designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate target audiences. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver creative solutions for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Conceptualization:
  • Develop creative concepts and designs aligned with client briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for advertisements, brochures, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Present design ideas to clients and incorporate feedback into the final output.
  1. Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Innovate within the boundaries of brand identity to create fresh and appealing visuals.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail while balancing creativity and efficiency.
  1. Software Proficiency:
  • Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software for high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on new tools and techniques in graphic design.
  1. Market Trends and Innovation:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging design practices, and new technologies to integrate innovative approaches into campaigns.
  • Suggest fresh ideas and creative directions to enhance project outcomes.
  1. Print and Digital Expertise:
  • Prepare artwork for both print and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all final outputs are of high quality and optimized for the respective mediums.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (Corel Draw,Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
