• Support For Office Standard Software And Internet Client
• Isolate System Issues Diagnose Standard Software Issues And Report Hardware Issues To Respective Team
• Installation/ Re -Installation/ Configuration Of Systems, Printers, Scanners
• Configure Desktop And Laptop as per the standardization Policies Of Customer
• Installation/ Re -Installation/ Configuration of in Scope Client Software/Applications
• Troubleshooting Printer/ Scanner Related Issues (Limited To Driver/OS Issues/ Hardware Support
• Troubleshooting Networking Wireless And Connection Issues
• Install Antivirus Software and Check Virus Definition Auto Updates and Monitor Antivirus From Console
• Disconnection Of Desktops/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners
• Manage And Maintain Assets Inventory And Periodical Update
• Manage and Maintain Fiber Network Within the Warehouse
• Basic Knowledge Of Firewall, Switches, Wireless And VLAN Architecture
• It-Infrastructure Setup within the warehouse as and when requires
• Ready To Access Any Technical Challenges and adhere process Of IT Security
• Knowledge of network and first level troubleshooting of network
