Job Description :- Key Responsibilities: Financial Compliance and Reporting:           Ensure strict adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance.           Preparation and finalization of financial statements in line with accounting standards.           Handle audits and liaise with external auditors. Budgeting and Forecasting:           Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights for cost optimization.           Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis for strategic decision-making. Taxation:           Manage tax planning and ensure timely filing of returns.           Address tax queries and represent the organization in tax assessments and litigations. Internal Controls and Process Improvement:           Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard assets and enhance efficiency.           Recommend and drive process improvements for better financial management. Real Estate-Specific Financial Operations:           Oversee project cost accounting, revenue recognition, and cash flow management.           Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines for all financial aspects of projects. Team Management:           Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, ensuring their professional growth and performance.           Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and operations, for seamless financial integration. Key Requirements: Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry or a similar domain. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, including RERA, GST, Income Tax, and Company Law. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
