Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM functional configurations, integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, and a clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Service, and Marketing.You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM.- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.).- Manage CRM master data, partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types.- Integrate SAP CRM with ECC / S/4HANA and other systems (e.g., SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP C4C).- Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support.- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support.- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users.- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5–7 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.- Strong experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.- Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and Middleware (BDoc, Data Exchange, Replication Models).- Understanding of SAP ECC SD / MM integration.- Exposure to SAP CRM on HANA or SAP S/4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.- Good knowledge of Business Partner management, Action Profiles, and Partner Determination.- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.Nice to Have:- Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP Sales & Service Cloud.- Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP BTP integration.- SAP CRM certification is a plus.
