Position Title: Digital Marketer and Social Media Expert
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 60,000 (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETER AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketer and Social Media Expert:
• Digital Marketing Strategy
• Google Ads Management and Optimisation
• Klaviyo Campaigns Management and Flow Optimisation (Websites)
• Maropost Marketing Cloud Campaigns management and journey Optimisation (Retail)
• Content Creation and Management
• Social Media Management
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design) to develop compelling marketing collateral and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to drive business growth.
Experience in the following is non-negotiable:
• Shopify
• Klaviyo
• Google Ads
Qualifications as a Digital Marketer/Social Media Expert:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
OTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTION
• Exceptional English Skills
Excellent in written and verbal communication. Stay organized and able to answer questions about project milestones.
