Job Description:

Salesforce Development:

Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visual force pages, Lightning components, and Apex classes.Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and its integrations.

Genesys Contact Center Integration :

Experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Contact Center, including configuring call centers, routing, and reporting.

Salesforce Service Cloud:

Proficiency in Service Cloud features like case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support.
