Working with the Clinical Leadership, Effectiveness and Outcomes (CLEO) team could be for you. Please note that this is Permanent Part Time Position(s), based in Epping Reporting to the Director - CLEO, the Effectiveness and Outcomes Manager is responsible for the redesign of clinical pathways and the implementation of remote patient monitoring and digital technology for Northern Health to enable to collection and improvement of patient outcomes. This includes ensuring that the pathways or remote patient monitoring are delivered in agreed timeframes and in accordance with the business objectives and key results. This role is also responsible for facilitating lived experience groups with consumers and education in Value Based Healthcare and digital technology. The Manager role facilitates collaboration between all stakeholder involved in the delivery of digital health initiatives and supports the implementation of new technologies aimed at achieving better outcomes for our community. To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary qualification in a relevant healthcare, management or related discipline. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in tertiary qualification area. Direct experience in managing complex projects in a program management capacity including implementing new technologies with proven success in timely project completion and budget management. Strong project management skills and experience supporting healthcare workers to deliver projects to a high standard. Proven experience partnering with clinicians and consumers in service improvement. Proven experience in creating and delivering education to health service staff. Relentless commitment to continuous improvement both personally and professionally. Proven experience in supporting the implementation of model or care design, re-design and co- design with a focus on consumer engagement and participation. Evidence of commitment to the embedding of robust clinical governance processes into both project and business-as-usual work to ensure quality and safety are met. Demonstrated experience delivering results whilst balancing competing interest e.g. reducing cost whilst improving service. Desirable Tertiary qualification in project management, digital health or research higher degree. Experience is scientific or research writing including journal articles, protocols, ethics and governance applications. Understanding of implementation science, human factors or health economic principles. Understanding of healthcare IT systems, integrations and interoperability. Next Steps . . .
