Senior Contract Manager

Skills:
10-20 years of experience in contract life cycle management (drafting, negotiation, review)
Good experience in Risk management and contract administration
Has a minimum of 6 years experience in handling a team and their KPI metrics.
Working knowledge with sourcing contracting tools, ERP’s, and eRFx systems preferred. (Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, Other)
Provide expert insight and knowledge regarding effective and compliant contracts to protect Regeneron and enable pipeline delivery
Key Accountabilities
Accountable for leadership of a team of contract managers, delivering contract activities in support of Global Procurement
Working with stakeholders to agree scope of contract, negotiate and execute contracts across a broad range of goods and services for Regeneron
Implementing process and ways of working to ensure delivery of contracts across a range of categories
Ability to track all aspects o f sourcing process from initial business requirements to final contact execution
Leads contracting activities to ensure compliance with appropriate company policies, GxPs and other applicable regulations, as applicable.
Provides leadership in setting group goals/objectives for the team
Manages team of professional level employees responsible for performing contract management tasks
Able to to prioritize and manage workload across teams
Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports and provides leadership example for the organization.
