About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter) with
1–4 years of experience
in Accounts, CRM, or client-facing finance roles. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and experience handling clients, payments, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on client payments and manage overdue accounts
  • Prepare and process POs, Proforma Invoices, and final invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
  • Manage CRM data and provide regular reports to management
  • Identify upselling opportunities and engage clients for revenue growth
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding payments, orders, and services

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in Accounts/CRM roles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of GST and invoice compliance (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
