We are Hiring an Site Manager For One Of The Reputed Oil & Gas Company in The UAE

Location: UAE (On-site)Interview: Online (Immediate Departure)Salary Range: 30,000 to 35,000 AED

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an oil and gas project in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects, with a strong background in both greenfield and brownfield construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all on-site activities, including project execution, resource allocation, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with a focus on efficient and effective project delivery.- Lead and mentor site teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to optimize performance and productivity.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.- Implement and enforce site safety protocols, procedures, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders.- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards, risks, and deviations from project plans.

Key Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; additional certifications in project management or construction management are preferred.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects, with a proven track record of successful project execution in greenfield and brownfield construction.- Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to client interfacing and relationship management.- Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry best practices.- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements and conditions.
