Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Computer Software Programmer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications according to business requirements.

You will work closely with our development and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support our business operations and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems

·       Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern programming languages

·       Troubleshoot and debug existing applications

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications

·       Maintain documentation of systems, code, and procedures

·       Continuously improve software performance and reliability

·       Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software development

Requirements & Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

·       Proven experience as a Software Developer, Programmer, or similar role

·       Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)

·       Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git)

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

·       Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with web or mobile application development

·       Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

·       Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

·       Italian and/or English language proficiency (depending on work environment)
