Job Overview


Raika Photography is hiring a Customer Support representative to provide excellent service and support to our valued clients. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other customer support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle demanding and difficult customers with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technology
  • Sales or after-sales experience is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and social media
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Upsell products and services to customers
  • Follow up on customer interactions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
