Job Summary JD 1 – 1 Requirement - SFMC Developer.Location :Bangalore PFB Job description for Morgan Stanley - SFMC Developer.Proven working experience using various SFMC components : Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder ,Journey Builder & Automation Studio.Build & deploy marketing & email campaigns including personalization & dynamic content across different SFMC stuidos.Develop email templates which will include coding of AMP script.Develop triggered send emails.Create different Data extensions and associate them to different campaigns.Design and configure journeys using activities within the Journey Builder to deliver multi-touchpoint campaigns post thorough testing.Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns to deliver personalized customer communications.Use automation studio for performing actions such as imports, extracts and SQL query activities.Respond to common business requirements and perform administrative functions within Marketing CloudProvide troubleshooting / first line of support for stakeholders working on deliverables and encountering errors or technical issues with SFMCShould have good hands-on experience on building Cloud Pages using AMPScript and SSJSPerform Code Review and Code Optimization on AMP scriptKnowledge / Hands on experience in API call outs REST and SOAP, Support and build API integrations between marketing cloud and external systems.Should know the different reporting channels available within SFMC.Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting.Understand the stakeholder needs, prioritize, and manage the day-to-day tasks accordingly.Ability to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders.
