Job Description:

  • Maintain project documentation and records accurately.

  • Utilize basic AutoCAD skills to understand and review project drawings and layouts.
  • Provide daily operational support to the Project Manager.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to meet targets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and project management software is a must.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Beginner-level proficiency in AutoCAD.

Job Description:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring activities for timely delivery.
  • Apply intermediate-level AutoCAD skills to interpret project drawings and suggest design improvements.
  • Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for management.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and improve PMO processes and standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide necessary training.
