Job Summary:

As a growing startup serving multiple verticals, we need a dynamic individual who is both analytical and creative, with a proven track record in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid acquisition channels on Meta and Google and possess strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage all paid marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, SEM, and display advertising to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • PPC & Paid Channels Management: Own the end-to-end management of performance marketing channels, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and continuous optimization to meet KPIs.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data insights, adjusting targeting, creativity, and strategy to improve ROI and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, landing pages, and ads to ensure maximum effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Data-driven insights: Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and CPA. Provide actionable insights to improve overall marketing strategies.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage customer data to create detailed audience segments for personalized targeting and improved campaign outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and branding.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the management of performance marketing budgets and optimize spend to maximize results without exceeding set limits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid acquisition, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEM, and display ads.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AdWords Manager .
  • Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and experience optimizing user funnels for higher conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a focus on performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends, best practices, and platform changes.
  • Excellent communication skills , with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.
