Test Engineer


Selenium Automation with API ( Devops and CI Preferred)

Location - 4+yrs

Location - GURGAON'

NP - Immediate to 30 days only.


ØTest Analyst with 3-5 years total exp having the below mentioned skill set:

•College graduate degree from a reputed institute

•Strong academic background & Good communication skills.

•Good reasoning and analytical skills

•Should have good Knowledge of Web testing, Automation(TOSCA/Selenium), API Testing

•Should have good understanding of Testing Methodologies

•Can identify test plans, objectives, major activities, and specific deliverables associated with testing.

ØRole Definition:

•I design, develop, support, deploy and/or test solid technology solutions of limited scale

•I work with limited supervision and guidance and apply solid engineering skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables

•I understand the software requirements of multiple stories of an epic and ensure it’s translated into good quality production - ready code basis high level design.

•I understand the defined scope and timelines and deliver quality deliverable within the estimated time.

•I actively participate in the team ceremonies and work as a mentor for fellow SDET I

ØTECHNICAL SKILLS

•Solid engineering, system administration / provisioning, quality engineering (QE) and support

•Ability to design moderate complexity automation scripts with zero error (e.g.- using existing automation tools, frameworks), written to be reused/executed and having low maintenance requirements, over time

•Solid understanding of QE practices, and any 1 Sunlife approved automation tool

•Effectively utilize multiple software development methodologies e.g., Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), along with ensuring secure coding practices, best practices of testing and Agile/ DevOps principles.

•contribute in continuous improvement

ØSuccess Indicators

•Proficient on DevOps suite and understanding to orchestrate new integration pipeline

•# Small scale features independently designed and developed with basic understanding of functional aspects

•Maturity of your test scripts with test automation best practices – test framework standards

•# CI opportunities or accelerators

•Service delivery excel- Ability to deliver on assignments with agreed measures of time, scope and quality.
