Job Purpose:This position is responsible for assisting with collection efforts for smaller customers within an established portfolio within Get Paid by using the established strategies and processes.This role will include administrative tasks (such as invoice delivery and problem/dispute resolution research/researching and updating contact information) for the overall Collections team by helping on special projects and other tasks. All the collection efforts will be via email and escalation to a more experienced Credit & Collection Analyst for more complex situations. Comfortable working with several EPR systems simultaneously is required.Essential Functions:- Reviewing collection history (20%) - Researching contact information (10%) - Follow up on past due balances (30%) - Properly document in Get Paid all problem/disputes (40%)Relevant Work Experience:2 to 10 years in related fieldSpecial Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Effective English communication stills – both written and verbal - Effective Time Management skills - Strong attention to detailInterested can share resume to Work Location : Chennai
