This leader will oversee all operations, build high-performing teams, and scale the company across all functional areas — from product development to partnerships, marketing, and technology innovation.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership- Define and execute NNIIT’s mission and long-term strategy in the K9–K12 Ed Tech space.- Lead the organization toward sustainable growth, profitability, and educational impact.- Identify new opportunities in curriculum design, digital content, learning platforms, and partnerships with schools and educational boards.2. Organizational Growth & Team Building- Build, mentor, and manage dynamic teams across product, technology, sales, operations, and academic delivery.- Establish a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.- Attract and retain top talent passionate about transforming education.3. Operations & Execution- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure operational excellence.- Develop scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.- Set measurable KPIs and track company performance against goals.4. Business Expansion & Partnerships- Drive growth through partnerships with schools, governments, and educational institutions.- Expand NNIIT’s presence across regions and digital platforms.- Explore strategic alliances, fundraising, and investment opportunities.5. Financial Management- Oversee company budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.- Work closely with investors, board members, and stakeholders to ensure fiscal health and compliance.- Ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI-driven decision-making.6.
