Job Purpose:

The individual will be a part of International Tax team assisting clients on varied corporate tax issues, tax advisories involving DTAA implications, digital tax, cross border transactions, evaluating jurisprudence, analysing transactions end-to end from Income-tax, FEMA perspective, deal with tax controversy / litigation matters of clientele, etc.

Role Responsibilities:

detailed and complete research work on the work assigned, drafting the deliverable based on research, in coordination with Trainee / Seniorin preparation of computation of income, tax return, and related work papersin drafting of submissions, working files and annexures for assessment, appeal matters and related tax proceedings.his / her senior in the tax advisory assignments involving domestic and international tax mattersseniors in representing in litigation matters before the Tax officer, Commissioner (Appeals)/ DRP as well as the Tribunalwith Manager and Senior/ Trainee on the planning and management of the assignments.managers in providing timely and high-quality servicesversed with the Indian Income-tax Provisionswork engagement proposals to be submitted to clients

analytical and research abilities needed for the assignments,and well-structured at work with high commitment levelsto handle pressure and meet deadlinescommunication skills; both oral and writtenand confidence to interact with clients in India and overseas, as neededownership and responsibility of clients/tasks assigneda pleasing personalitylearner of new aspects and issues emerging in taxation matters

Qualification:

ACCA, LLM, CMA2 - 3 years of post-qualification experience
