Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary at a leading jewellery chain in Pune. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance, handling clerical tasks, and offering executive administrative support. Daily tasks include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The individual will ensure efficient communication and administrative assistance to support the executive team.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
