Position : Land Development Engineer_Civil 3D
Experience : 3 To 5 Years
Job Location: Pune
Qualification: B.E (Civil)
Required Skills & Experience:
Professional Engineer with experience in design of land development such as grading, road way / drive way, existing conditions, topography, surface creation, drainage & utilities is mandatory.
Experience in grading applications such as Design and analysis of surface creation, analyzing cut and fill qty, mass balancing, developing site improvement plan, erosion control, remedial grading, drainage etc.
Experience with Land subdivision & land development for mega building projects.
Experience in Roadway/Driveway applications such as Design Knowledge and application Roadway/Driveway and Water and Drainage Engineering for Land development projects.
Worked on US/Sweden-Europe based land development design and drawing projects.
It is mandatory that the candidate is well versed with Autodesk Civil 3D/Infraworks for Land development projects.
Experience of Cut and Fill, Mass balancing, Grading, site improvement plan, corridor design, intersection design, Drive way, Walk way, Dry and Wet utilities planning and designing.
Experience on vehicle swept path analysis.
Experience in QA/QC of Civil 3D models & Drawings is essential.
Any experience in design & detailing of wet & dry utilities will be an added advantage.
Well versed with required interdisciplinary coordination with utilities team.
Experience of working on Common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Drop Box, ProjectWise (collaborative tools to work on a model).
Should have ability to perform under time pressure and ready to adapt project requirement changes with a positive attitude.
Should have good oral and written communication skills.
Should be self-motivated, proactive and good team player.
Should have good skill to communicate well and professionally with all levels of associates i.e. Team members, Management Staff, clients, and others.
Acquaintance with US/Swedish & European codes and standards is essential.
Candidates with project experience located at US/Sweden-Europe preferred.
Responsibilities
Study the project Specification & other technical documents.
Input data review & prepare RFIs for insufficient data etc.
Daily project task allocation & management.
Participate in Team meetings & Client meetings.
Review & QA/QC of project Deliverables.
Delegating of work to team members and explaining about required outcome.
Resolving Team questions in huddles and ensuring compliance to Quality control procedure.
