Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care services to patients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Conduct routine checks on patients' vital signs, administer medications as prescribed by physicians, and perform various medical procedures such as dressing changes and catheter insertion.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions requiring critical care or ICU level attention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in home care nursing (GNM Nursing).
  • B.Sc / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of critical care principles including operation theatre procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication skills.
