What makes the role meaty?

1. Financial Planning & Budget Support

  • Assist with preparing maintenance budgets and tracking costs.
  • Compile financial data for routine reporting.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives through research and efficiency tracking.

2. Contract & Vendor Coordination

  • Review contracts for policy compliance and key issues.
  • Gather market data and support basic commercial analyses.
  • Maintain vendor records and track contract changes.

3. Procurement & Cost Control

  • Compare quotations and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
  • Support cost reviews and maintain pricing databases.

4. Team & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Commercial & Maintenance teams for documentation and timelines.
  • Liaise with Finance and Ops for reporting.
  • Participate in internal meetings with basic analysis inputs.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to legal and governance standards.
  • Support audit readiness with documentation and clarifications.

We hope that you have...

  • Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or B.Com/BBA with project interest
  • 4–6 years' experience in commercial/project support (retail/construction preferred)
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contracts
  • Proficient in MS Excel; ERP exposure
  • Analytical, collaborative, and strong communication skills
