Role – Associate Manager-Ad Sales Revenue: Prospect and acquire new clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all advertising-related inquiries and support. Generate new leads and Onboarding brands through, Cold Calling, Referrals and Meeting the right POC for conversions Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to identify opportunities for advertising partnerships and develop tailored proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and ad operations, to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital advertising to identify new business opportunities and best practices. Should be a dynamic, go-getter with the ability to take away accounts from the competition. Strong client-facing presentation skills and demonstrated client-agency and direct brand relationships Good understanding of digital ecosystem Work with management to develop effective sales strategies for revenue growth. Manage monthly reports on revenue pipeline, sales forecast and key results/metrics Target-oriented and work in flexible working hours to cater to campaign needs Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company Desired Profiles 2+ years of experience in Key Account management, business development in the digital business landscape Previous brand alliance and ad sales experience is a must. Good at networking and CXO level interactions with strong communications and presentation skills Comfortable to work in a startup environment
