Job Title: Presentation and Video Designer (Junior Level)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative Presentation & Video Designer to design professional PowerPoint presentations and convert them into engaging instructional videos with voiceovers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-learning content creation while contributing to a growing start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing, well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
- Convert PPT slides into videos with voiceover syncing, animations, and transitions.
- Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all learning materials.
- Collaborate with content developers, subject matter experts, and designers to refine outputs.
- Support future projects, including book design for print and digital formats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPT or presentation design.
- Basic video editing skills
- Comfortable syncing voiceovers with slides.
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Stipend: ₹10–15,000/month (based on experience).
- Hands-on experience in PPT design, video creation with voiceovers, and book design for print/digital.
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
