Role Expectations: Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts ● Identify testing needs and contribute to automation strategy ● Execute functional, regression, and integration test scenarios ● Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers ● Analyze test results and ensure high-quality product releases Qualifications: ● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing for web and/or mobile applications ● Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar ● Solid understanding of programming languages used in test automation (e.G., Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#) ● Experience writing clean, maintainable test scripts and automation suites ● Good understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) ● Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies ● Ability to create detailed and clear test plans, test cases, and defect reports ● Knowledge of version control tools like Git ● Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
