Job SummaryWe are in search of a seasoned FinOps Transformation Manager with specialized expertise in SAP HANA implementations, to drive the financial and operational evolution of Nykaa.Your pivotal role will encompass orchestrating a comprehensive ERP transition from D365 to SAP HANA, as well as spearheading additional automation initiatives throughout the organization.

This multi-faceted position entails not only strategic foresight and meticulous planning, but also collaborative engagement with a diverse range of departments and external implementation partners.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond the core ERP transformation project to include oversight of ongoing D365 operational support activities, techo-functional support on process automation initiatives, etc. These include, but are not limited to, managing Level 1 support teams and partners to ensure uninterrupted operations. Overseeing routine updates, upgrades, and maintenance activities on D365.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of the ERP transition from D365 to SAP HANA, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to implement best practices.Act as the liaison between the organization and SAP consultants/vendors. Align with implementation and governance partners on the project execution, proactively removing the bottlenecks, and aligning the stakeholders.Design and document business processes, and ensure they are compliant with all SAP HANA requirements.Conduct risk assessments and drive the risk mitigation strategies from the frontPrepare and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Oversee user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.Monitor project timelines and deliver periodic updates to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.Own and drive the ERP rollover including test planning, UAT strategy & execution, Change Management, User enablement & support, and Data MigrationWork with the business stakeholders to support Business as Usual activities, as we continue to run D365 till the entire transition.Undertake training from our implementation partners, as they train our trainers.Be the champion of change.
