The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building automated test frameworks, integrating AI/ML tools to optimize testing workflows, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications. Leverage AI/ML-powered tools (e.G., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or custom AI solutions) to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation. Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce test maintenance effort. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines. Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks. Integrate AI-based test data generation and predictive analytics to optimize coverage. Ensure high standards of quality for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices and AI-driven testing methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance. Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks: Selenium, TestNG/JUnit . Strong programming skills in Python, Java . Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML-based test automation tools (Applitools, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, etc.). Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Strong understanding of API testing (Postman) and performance testing (JMeter). Knowledge of AI concepts such as NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and generative AI for QA is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with self-healing test automation frameworks . Exposure to GenAI (LLMs) for test case generation and automation. Knowledge of microservices testing and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in shift-left testing and TestOps practices. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
