Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Ideal Candidate
4 to 7 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing channels for high scale businesses.
Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, preferably in a senior role.
Demonstrated expertise in driving affiliate programme growth and revenue generation.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, with a focus on affiliate marketing strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and optimize campaign performance. Experience with Amplitude is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative affiliate marketing initiatives.
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding marketing attribution and how to effectively calculate impact of affiliate channel at various stages of user journey.
Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, especially Partner Stack.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Should be able to mentor junior team members, if required.
Passion for technology and AI-driven solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquire new users, and increase revenue for QuillBot.
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network and enhance brand visibility.
Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliate partners to drive performance and maximize ROI.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of affiliate marketing efforts, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Analyze affiliate performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Brand, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Create compelling marketing collateral, promotional materials, and affiliate assets to support campaign execution and drive engagement.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliate partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering positive relationships.
Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in affiliate marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in affiliate marketing activities.
