We are Hiring:

Job Role: Loss Prevention Associate

Job Location: Mumbai ( All Areas)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for protecting the Company Assets while ensuring that the facility is in a safe environment
  • Responsible for the Security and Safety of the store
  • Ensure the correct reconciliation of assets moved from one location to another location
  • Ensure the corrective action to be taken against loss assets during transportation
  • Understand the company processes established to minimize loss exposure
  • Report independently, violations noticed, related to loss, theft, pilferage, and safety
  • Control Loss prevention (theft, pilferage) or by Misuse, Neglect, Damage, and Wastage (MNDW)
  • Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures
  • Ensure CCTVs are working the visitors book is maintained
  • Monitors inventory to identify theft or shortages.
  • Achieve a reduction in shrinkage
  • Spot fraudulent activities and report the same to Senior management
  • Responsible for the safety of the stores merchandise
  • Carry out Cycle counting at the store
  • Unquestionable integrity and honesty
  • Willing to travel
  • Knowledge of Fire Fighting
  • Performs other duties as assigned
