Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly. Assist with office errands such as photocopying, filing, and stationery management. Provide support during office events and meetings by setting up equipment and refreshments. Ensure office supplies are stocked and report any shortages to the administration. Assist staff members with miscellaneous tasks as required. Qualifications Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning and carrying tasks. Basic knowledge of office equipment operation. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Skills Strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. .
