Partner with us to bring your vision to life and create impactful digital solutions.Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and proactiveTechnical Team Leadwho will oversee the end-to-end technical execution of FlutterFlow and Flutter-based projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development team, ensuring smooth project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining high engineering standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, guiding developers, optimizing workflows, and ensuring all technical tasks align with project scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inFlutter , good knowledge ofbackend technologies , hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership with a positive and accountable mindset. You will also act as a key communication bridge between clients and the internal team—translating requirements, setting expectations, reviewing progress, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.QualificationsTechnical Skills Strong knowledge ofFlutterand experience working with real-world production apps. Good understanding ofbackend technologiessuch as Firebase, Node.js, APIs, databases, etc. Ability to design scalable architectures, database structures, and integration flows. Experience working with FlutterFlow is a plus (not mandatory). Leadership & Management Skills Proventeam handling experience , including mentoring and guiding developers. Strong communication skills for internal team collaboration and client interaction. Ability to manage client expectations, explain technical concepts clearly, and handle escalations. Capable of taking completeownershipof tasks and delivering them with integrity and clarity. Skilled in technical planning, workload distribution, and deadline management. Other Qualifications Experience working in app or web development projects (Flutter/FlutterFlow preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
