Senior QA Tester – Selenium

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Professional who began their career as a Selenium Automation Tester and has successfully transitioned into AI/ML Testing & Validation . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building automation frameworks and validating AI models, ensuring data accuracy, algorithm reliability, and responsible AI practices. Key Responsibilities: Automation & Selenium (Foundational Experience) Develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks (Hybrid, POM, BDD). Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing . Collaborate with development teams for test optimization & automation coverage . Integrate scripts with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) . AI & ML Testing (Core Expertise) Validate AI/ML model behavior, outputs, and performance accuracy . Conduct data validation, algorithm testing, and fairness/bias verification . Use AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Mabl, Testim, Appvance IQ, Functionize ). Implement self-healing test scripts & AI-based defect prediction . Assess model quality, drift, training data validation, and explainability . Quality Assurance & Documentation Prepare test cases, validation protocols, requirement traceability, and reports . Follow QA governance and regulatory standards (ISO, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 – if applicable). Perform UAT, risk-based testing & AI feature validation . Communicate defects & insights with cross-functional teams. Required Skills: Strong Selenium experience (Java / Python / C#). Practical experience in AI/ML testing & validation . Knowledge of ML model lifecycle, testing strategies & data quality checks . Familiarity with MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyCaret, Scikit-learn (added advantage). Experience with API testing – Postman / RestAssured. Hands-on tools: Jira, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Docker / Kubernetes . Strong SQL & database validation skills. Excellent analytical & documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: AI/ML testing exposure in Healthcare / Pharma / BFSI / Manufacturing domains Certifications – ISTQB, Selenium, AI Testing, Agile Experience in cloud-based testing – AWS / Azure / GCP
