Job Opportunity: Sr. Technician/Engineer/Sr. Engineer (Electrical)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Sr. Technician/Engineer/Sr. Engineer (Electrical). The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma/I.T.I in Electrical Engineering and bring up to 12 years of relevant experience in managing and maintaining electrical systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of 33/11/0.415 KV substations.- Overseeing the maintenance of 10MVA (33/11 KV) and 2.5 MVA (11/0.415 KV) power and distribution transformers.- Installation and commissioning of 3-phase induction motors ranging from 0.75 KW to 350 KW.- Erection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MCC panels (Star-Delta and DOL) up to 75 KW.- Maintenance of PCC panels with 4000A ACB incomers and various outgoing ACB/MCCBs.- Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diverse power distribution panel systems.- Commissioning and maintenance of solar power plants.- Maintenance of 33KV SF6/VCB, 11KV VCB, and 440V ACB circuit breakers.- Setting and maintenance of HT Earth-Fault, Overcurrent, and Overload Relays.- Maintenance of 600KVA/500 KVA/400 KVA industrial UPS systems (Vertiv, Fuji, Schneider, Toshiba) and 1500KVA/2000KVA DG units (Cummins) along with synchronizing panels.- Electrical maintenance of 600T/700T Chiller Units (J&C/Trane).- Replacement and repair of IGBT banks, firing cards, and SCR units.- Maintenance of 750 KVAR Power Factor Control Panels.- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of VFDs (0.5 KW to 75 KW) and dry-type transformers.- Maintenance of 90/110/132KW oil-free and oil-based air compressors and dryer units (Atlas Copco, Elgi, IR).

Desired Profile

- Educational Qualification: Diploma/I.T.I in Electrical Engineering.- Experience: Up to 12 years in electrical maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting in industrial settings.- Strong knowledge of transformers, substation operations, MCC/PCC panels, and solar power systems.- Demonstrated expertise in handling high-voltage systems, advanced UPS units, and electrical panels.
