Job Description

We're seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer to architect and build a next-generation platform that bridges multiple user roles, complex workflows, and third-party integrations. You'll design scalable systems handling real-time data, payment processing, and dynamic content delivery while ensuring enterprise-grade security.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (below 5 Years not acceptable)

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays Off

Key Challenges You'll Solve:

• Build interconnected modules (web portals, admin dashboards, mobile apps) with shared business logic
• Implement real-time features (notifications, live updates) for 10K+ concurrent users
• Integrate payment gateways, AI services, and communication APIs
• Optimize database performance for complex queries and large datasets
• Design secure authentication and role-based access systems

Key Responsibilities

1. System Architecture

2. Design microservices for scalability and maintainability

3. Implement caching strategies (Redis) and database optimization (PostgreSQL)
4. Build RESTful APIs and real-time communication (WebSockets)
5. Integrate real-time communication APIs (SMS gateways, WhatsApp APIs, AI chatbot integrations).
6. Work on payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU).

7. Connect with third-party CRMs & tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier).

8. Full-Stack Development

9. Develop responsive frontends ) with TypeScript

10. Create backend services ) with robust error handling

11. Create RESTful & GraphQL APIs with robust error handling.

12. Performance & Security

13. Optimize systems to handle 10K+ concurrent users with sub-100ms API responses.

14. Implement caching strategies (Redis), database optimizations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

15. Ensure enterprise-grade security (JWT, OAuth2.0, encryption).

16. SaaS & Lead Management

17. Build and scale SaaS-based, multi-tenant platforms.

18. Implement role-based authentication systems.
19. Design and optimize CRM & Lead Management workflows.

20. Knowledge of workflow automation

21. Collaboration

22. Mentor junior developers and review code

23. Manage end to end project development
24. Take ownership of project delivery
25. Document architecture and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development with production-ready SaaS projects.
• Backend: , Express/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Frontend: React, , Redux, TypeScript
• Real-Time: WebSockets, Socket.IO
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe).
• Strong experience in CRM & Lead Management System development.
• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS platforms & role-based systems.
• Prior experience in integrating third-party tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Familiarity with mobile development (React Native)
• Understanding of DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
