·      Implement advanced analysis and optimization techniques to scale paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Native platforms.

·      Conduct A/B tests to identify and leverage the highest-performing offers, creatives, landing pages, and ad strategies.

·      Provide strategic direction for conversion-focused ad creatives and get compelling ad copies based on data insights and campaign objectives.

·      Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and Facebook / Google/ Native ad Policies to maintain campaign compliance and effectiveness.

·      Manage large monthly budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and targeting various geographic locations, notably the US & Canada.

·      Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and optimization strategies

·      Using different Spy tools and VPNs to analyze offers, creatives, landers, funnels, and market trends

·      Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, affiliate network and best practices in media buying and planning

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as tech and creative teams for creatives and landing pages.


 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA


·      2+ years of media buying experience with Meta, Google, Or Native platforms with expertise in running Lead Generation / Pay-Per-Call campaigns for US, Canadian Location

·      Experience generating leads for Home improvement / ACA / Debt / Travel Verticals

·      Understanding of setting up trackers like Voluum, Bemob, Redtrack & Ringba

·      Certified Google Fundamental, Search Network, Display Network, Analytics

·      Meta Blueprint certified
