Job Description
Define a compelling product vision and strategy for your Org, and influence other functional leaders/teamsEnsure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing, dogfooding, etc.Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximise product successDefine product metrics for your area, and track them continuouslyLead, mentor and coach a direct team of Product Managers and Product Analysts
The Successful Applicant
8+ years of overall work experience building highly scalable consumer facing products
Consumer Internet experience is mandatory
Exceptional problem-solving skills based on 'first principles' thinking
Experience of having managed a direct reporting team of product managers
