Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Product Manager / Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to product management. This includes conducting market research, defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product lifecycle, and driving product innovation. The Product Manager will also be responsible for gathering customer insights, identifying market trends, and ensuring the successful launch of new products. This is a role that includes individual contribution and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance
- Proficient in project management and product development processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or life sciences
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing product strategies and ensuring their timely execution.
- Coordination with the sales team to ensure strategy implementation.
- Specifying market requirements for current & future products by conducting market research.
- Planning and designing promotional material/tools to support the sales/marketing objectives with cost-effectiveness.
- Train, motivate, and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
- Handling a team of product executives
