Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead creative projects, contribute strategic design insights, and play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire design process from concept through execution on high-impact projects including digital marketing campaigns, branding, packaging, and print materials.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define creative objectives, contribute to strategic design solutions, and align projects with brand goals.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers and team members, fostering a culture of creativity and high standards within the team.
  • Develop visually compelling assets, infographics, and layouts that communicate complex information effectively and align with the brand's visual language.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, project objectives, and quality standards, meeting all deadlines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, applying innovative design techniques to keep our brand at the forefront of visual communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors for print production, ensuring high-quality standards are met in all printed materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and successful project leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Proven strong design skills with a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire creativity, provide constructive feedback, and guide junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and explaining design concepts clearly to stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
