As a part of this expansion, we are looking for a Mid-level UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for, Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers  Build low and high-fidelity production-ready design, storyboard, and style guide  Creating systems and workflows for the team  Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like  Understanding and managing design systems  Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders  Advise and work closely with designers to determine the best controls and inputs  Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)  Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback  Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images Train new designers joining the team and ensure the highest level of design practices To be successful in this role, you must have, 3+ years of work experience in relevant fields of UI UX Design  Strong understanding of Human-Computer interaction  Hands-on experience working with tools/platforms like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, etc. Strong in Interaction design and Visual design for desktop and mobile  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as XD, Photoshop and Illustrator  Proficiency in end-to-end design process  Should have experience in user research and usability testing and holds a strong knowledge of user research methodologies  Architect user interaction solutions based on sound usability principles, research, and technical feasibility  Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders  Good time-management skills  Strong analytical ability to investigate problem statements and solve complicated use cases  Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Proven thought leader & trusted advisor.
