Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide technical support, resolve basis issues, optimizing services and ensuring the availability, performance & Application security of critical business systemsServe as the subject matter expert; guide the creation of innovative solutions on time and within cost objectives and provide technical leadership and third level operational supportImplement a shared SAP BASIS & security organization while leveraging best practices to optimize efficiency across the portfolioProvide quality and timely resolution of defects/ problems & addressing service requests using service managementEnsure Service Operations, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, Service Level & Availability Management are operationalized across the team.

QualificationsMinimum seven years of SAP Basis experience in supporting components SAP S/4, ECC, CRM, BW, PI, SLD, Solution Manager, HANA, BOBJ BI/BODS, EP, Solution Manager systems in a globally deployed 24/7 environmentBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universitySolid experience with SAP security operations, creating and maintaining SAP security roles & authorizations and design/development; working knowledge of SAP system installation, upgrades, performance tuning and administration and SAP architecture of applications running on Windows/UNIX OS, MSSQL/HANA and in cloud environmentProven performance with configuring SAP NetWeaver Identity Management, SAP Single Sign-on, SAML, X.509 certificates, SPNEGO, and / or Kerberos with application like Datapower, ISAMDemonstrated experience with a complete project cycle from inception to completion as an SAP technical lead for sub-projects of enterprise-level initiatives; experience with working in managed support environmentStrong verbal/written communication with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to lead resources and multiple projects simultaneously as needed.
