The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, recruiting, interviewing, training, and sales. They will lead the recruitment team and develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent. The Director of Recruiting will also collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure successful placements.
